Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.


All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached (unless they have a manufacturers default).


If you place an order, you may request for it to be changed / cancelled prior to shipment.

Please give us as much advance notice as possible, if we are informed before the item has left our warehouse then that can be easily handled with a refund/exchange/credit or however you may wish to handle it.

We will not accept change of mind as a valid return reason after the product has been worn or used.


If you’ve ordered a product and it is the wrong size, you may return it for an exchange of another size.

You must make this request within 30 days of your order being shipped out to you.

In order to get the size changed, you will need to post your product back in brand new condition to the returns address listed below, clearly labelled with your name & order number. Once your garment has been confirmed as returned, we will send out a replacement.


If on receiving your item(s) you think there may be an issue with the quality of the product, we may be willing to issue you with a full or partial refund.

This will be assessed on a per case basis, in this circumstance you would be required to initially touch base with us at and provide photographic evidence.

We will advise of next steps, you may be required to post the item to our returns address listed below for further inspection.

If on inspection we decide that there is an issue with the quality of the product then we will issue you a partial / full refund depending on what portion of your order this applies to.


It is advised to first reach out to us using in order to settle the matter. We will advise of the best process, depending on the circumstances you may be required to return the item to our below returns address. In these circumstances, we may offer at our discretion a full refund, an exchange or store credit.

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.


After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange.

Refunds will be paid out into the same payment method that you originally paid in.

Shipping Policy & ETA

As an international brand, we use 3PL services (third party logistics) in order to fulfil our orders. We have a number of 3PL services based around the world, the most frequently used 3PL is based in Charlotte, North Carolina.

The warehouse from which our products are dispatched will be dependent on the location of the customer and the availability of stock.

Shipping Times

There are two components to calculating an estimated time of arrival. As previously mentioned, there is a time for order fulfillment. On average, most of our products are dispatched within 3 business days but the official range we would provide is 2-7 business days.

Secondly, there will be an actual shipping duration once the order has been fulfilled. We offer standard postage options and express options so it depends on your location and selection for the shipping duration.

For U.S. orders shipping times range between 1-8 business days and international orders range between 1-20 business days.
